All of Anchor Yacht Management Captains are USCG Licensed Masters with experience on vessels of all sizes and shapes. We can help you find the right Captain for all your needs whether for a delivery, a vacation, lessons, management and part time or full time employment
MATE
Anchor Yacht Management has the mate for you. Our Mates have the yachting know how to get the job done. We can get you matched with the perfect mate for your yacht's needs. We have some of the industry's best, available on a daily, weekly, monthly, or permanent basis
DECKHAND
Need a deckhand to help out? Have an extra project you need a hand with? Anchor Yacht Management Deckhands are hard working and eager to assist
STEWARD/ESS
Beds, heads and service are no problem. Any Anchor Yacht Management steward or stewardess can come aboard and handle all of your interior needs. They come with a smile and can make you and your guests feel comfortable and right at home. Whether it is serving meals, making drinks, or helping with the youngsters on board, a steward or stewardess can make a day on the yacht extra comfortable
CHEF
Bringing a Chef aboard your vessel is key to ultimate luxury. We have a chef for every palate. If you have a galley aboard your vessel then Anchor Yacht Management has a Chef to fit your needs
Training
We offer training to fit your needs
Anchor Yacht Management can teach you what you need to know.
Whether it's your first boat purchase or you are just looking to brush up on your skills, we will work with you to make sure that you are comfortable in all aspects of the vessel, all of its systems and instruments, tight quarter maneuvering and docking.
Once you have proven you are comfortable and a safe operator we will provide a letter written by your USCG Licensed Master Captain, for your insurance, showing that you have completed the training and are now a safe operator.
